1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using 1BCEO Software (“the Software”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install the Software.
2. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on systems you own or control, for your internal business purposes, subject to any license key limitations applicable to your plan.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all API keys and credentials you configure.
- You are responsible for agent actions executed under your account.
- You must not use the Software to violate applicable laws or third-party terms.
- You must not redistribute or resell the Software without written authorization.
4. Anthropic API Usage
1BCEO uses the Anthropic Claude API. You supply your own API key and are solely responsible for your compliance with Anthropic's usage policies and billing. We are not liable for costs incurred by your API usage.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that agent actions will be correct, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI outputs require human review before acting on them for high-stakes decisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software or agent outputs.
